Nuvini Group Limited (Nasdaq: NVNI), a leading serial acquirer and operator of B2B Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) companies, announced on July 22, 2026, the appointment of technology and artificial intelligence pioneer Alexandre Caramaschi as its new Chief Strategy Officer (CSO). Caramaschi, who previously served as Nuvini’s strategic AI advisor and is the co-founder of the 7,500-member AI Brasil community, will now oversee corporate strategy, capital allocation, and portfolio integration across the group's seven operating companies.

The executive appointment is designed to accelerate Nuvini's "AI-first" operational model, focusing on deploying artificial intelligence to drive productivity, revenue, and cross-selling across its B2B portfolio. Caramaschi will work in tandem with Chief AI Officer Phoebe Wang to implement these scalable playbooks. Inspired by the acquisition model of Canada's Constellation Software, Nuvini is positioning itself as a premier micro-cap growth platform for global investors looking to invest in Brazil and the wider Latin American enterprise software market.

This strategic leadership expansion follows Nuvini's major cross-border acquisition in April 2026, where it agreed to acquire a 51% controlling stake in Beyondsoft North America for approximately $80.7 million. The transaction, which is expected to close in July 2026, is projected to quadruple Nuvini's pro forma revenue to approximately $148 million, establishing a global technology footprint across 15 countries.

The aggressive expansion comes amid a dynamic macroeconomic backdrop for South America's largest economy. Global asset managers tracking the Brazil stock market today via the popular Brazil ETF (EWZ) are closely monitoring how tech consolidators leverage local talent to scale globally. Meanwhile, in regional financial markets, digital asset activity remains robust, with Bitcoin trading at BTC/BRL 331,949 and Ethereum at ETH/BRL 9,748.06.
