1. Who we are

BRZ News is a financial news and media publisher covering Brazilian markets, companies, and the economy, in English, for a global audience. BRZ News is not a registered investment adviser, broker-dealer, or financial planner. See our Disclaimer for the full scope of what our content is — and is not.

2. Eligibility & accounts

You must be at least 18 years old (or the age of majority in your jurisdiction) to create an account. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your login credentials and for all activity under your account.

You agree to provide accurate registration information and to keep it up to date. We may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or that we reasonably believe are fraudulent, abusive, or created to circumvent access restrictions.

3. Plans, subscriptions & billing

• BRZ News offers a Free tier and paid tiers (Premium, PRO, and Institutional) with different features, described on our Subscribe page.
• Paid subscriptions renew automatically (monthly or annually, as selected) until cancelled. You can cancel anytime from your account settings; cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period.
• Fees are billed in advance and are non-refundable except where required by law or expressly stated at the time of purchase.
• We may change our pricing or plans prospectively, with notice, and any change will not retroactively affect a billing period you've already paid for.

4. Acceptable use

You agree not to: (a) scrape, resell, or redistribute our content or data without written permission; (b) reverse-engineer, decompile, or attempt to extract the underlying models or logic of Albert (AI) or our other AI systems; (c) use the Services to violate any law, infringe any right, or transmit malicious code; (d) attempt to circumvent access controls, rate limits, or subscription tiers; or (e) misrepresent your identity or affiliation.

5. Not investment advice

Nothing on the Services — including articles, data, the BRZ Model Portfolio, PRO research, alerts, or output from Albert (AI) — is personalized investment, legal, or tax advice, or a recommendation or solicitation to buy or sell any security. See our Disclaimer, which is incorporated into these Terms by reference.

6. Intellectual property

All content, design, trademarks, and software on the Services are owned by BRZ News/NWX Capital Group or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trademark, and other laws. We grant you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to access and use the Services for personal, non-commercial use (or internal business use, for Institutional plans), subject to these Terms.

7. Third-party content & links

The Services may link to or reference third-party websites, data providers, or content (including embedded market-data widgets). We do not control and are not responsible for third-party content, and inclusion of a link does not imply endorsement.

8. Disclaimers & limitation of liability

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE,” WITHOUT WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND, EXPRESS OR IMPLIED, INCLUDING MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, OR NON-INFRINGEMENT. WE DO NOT WARRANT THAT THE SERVICES WILL BE UNINTERRUPTED, ERROR-FREE, OR THAT MARKET DATA WILL BE ACCURATE OR TIMELY.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BRZ NEWS AND NWX CAPITAL GROUP WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, TRADING LOSSES, OR DATA, ARISING FROM YOUR USE OF THE SERVICES, EVEN IF ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES.

9. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BRZ News, NWX Capital Group, and their officers, employees, and agents from any claim or demand arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Services.

10. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be posted here with an updated effective date. Continued use of the Services after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

11. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws applicable in the jurisdiction where NWX Capital Group is organized, without regard to conflict-of-law principles, except where local consumer-protection law requires otherwise.
