SÃO PAULO — Brazilian digital asset pioneer Foxbit has officially rebranded its B2B division, Foxbit Business, to Foxbit Infra, positioning itself as the primary financial plumbing for the country's accelerating digital FX and tokenization market. The strategic pivot comes as the platform captured over 41% of the total digital dollar volume (USDT and USDC) traded in Brazil over a recent two-week period, solidifying its dominant market share in the local stablecoin corridor.

The group, which has processed more than R$ 55 billion in lifetime transactions over its 11-year history, is targeting traditional financial institutions and fintechs looking to integrate modular crypto APIs without building infrastructure from scratch. Foxbit Infra already powers white-label crypto and digital currency features for major regional players, including digital wallet 99Pay, investment bank Genial, and payments giant PicPay.

This institutional push arrives amid a broader digital asset boom in Latin America's largest economy, which directly impacts the USD BRL exchange rate and broader capital flows. For global investors tracking the Brazil ETF (EWZ) or major Brazilian ADR tickers like Nu Holdings (NU) and Itaú Unibanco (ITUB), the rapid institutionalization of stablecoins represents a structural shift in how local financial institutions handle cross-border remittances and corporate treasury.

To capture more than half of the domestic crypto-as-service market, Foxbit Infra's modular API architecture offers five specialized verticals, including liquidity routing, institutional custody, and payment layers linked to the central bank's Pix instant payment system. This infrastructure roll-out is occurring under active Central Bank of Brazil regulation, as the firm advances its licensing as a Virtual Asset Service Provider (VASP).

As of today, major digital assets continue to see robust local trading volumes, with Bitcoin trading at BTC/BRL 327,334 and Ethereum priced at ETH/BRL 9,510.26.
