Bradesco's inovabra Launches PRIA to Scale Early-Stage AI Startups
Bradesco’s inovabra has launched the PRIA residency program to help 30 early-stage AI startups build commercially viable, scalable tech solutions in Brazil.
Inovabra, the open innovation hub of Brazilian banking giant Bradesco (NYSE: BBDC4, BBDC3), has officially launched the Program of Residence in Artificial Intelligence (PRIA). The initiative is designed to accelerate the commercial viability of early-stage artificial intelligence startups in Brazil, establishing a structured pipeline for venture capital allocation in the region's high-growth tech sector.
The four-month residency program will select up to 30 early-stage startups to undergo intensive business and technical development. Developed in partnership with the Advanced Knowledge for Immersive Technologies (AKCIT) and the Center of Excellence in Artificial Intelligence at the Federal University of Goiás (CEIA/UFG), PRIA also features direct collaboration with global technology leaders Google and NVIDIA.
The program focuses heavily on practical, scalable AI applications that address critical business challenges, including customer retention, distribution strategies, and cloud computing. Selected startups will participate in six in-person immersion sessions at inovabra's headquarters in São Paulo, gaining access to technical mentoring, market experts, and up to R$25,000 in Google Cloud credits.
For investors, PRIA represents a strategic effort to de-risk early-stage AI investments in Latin America. By bridging the gap between academic research and market execution, the program aims to filter out short-term tech trends and focus on building sustainable, enterprise-grade products. This structured approach comes at a time of high regional interest in digital assets and technology, with local markets trading actively; as of today, BTC/BRL is priced at 320,330 and ETH/BRL is trading at 9,323.07.
