B3 Regime Facil Registers R$ 149M in Mid-Market Debt
B3's simplified Regime Facil has registered R$ 149 million in corporate debt issuances, unlocking high-yield private credit for mid-sized Brazilian firms.

Brazil’s financial exchange, B3 (B3SA3), announced on July 16, 2026, that its newly implemented "Regime Fácil" regulatory framework has successfully registered R$ 149 million in corporate debt issuances. The capital was raised across four distinct operations since the simplified regime officially debuted on March 16, 2026. This regulatory milestone is designed to streamline capital market access for mid-sized companies, offering them a faster, less bureaucratic path to secure alternative financing.
The R$ 149 million in total funding was secured through three commercial notes and one debenture issuance. To qualify for the Regime Fácil framework, issuers must report an annual gross revenue of under R$ 500 million. The initial cohort of issuers spans several key economic sectors, including technology, media (specifically out-of-home advertising), hospitality management, and cosmetics, demonstrating the broad appeal of the simplified credit channel.
For institutional and retail investors navigating the broader Brazilian financial landscape, this development signals a growing pipeline of high-yield private debt opportunities outside of traditional banking channels. While the benchmark Ibovespa (IBOV) index continues to react to macroeconomic shifts, the expansion of the local capital market via Regime Fácil provides crucial liquidity to underserved mid-market firms. Meanwhile, in alternative asset classes, local digital asset flows remain active, with BTC/BRL trading at 320,330 and ETH/BRL priced at 9,323.07 as of today.
