ABSeed Launches R$ 100M Evergreen Fund for Late-Stage Tech
ABSeed Ventures debuted ABSeed Winners, a R$ 100 million evergreen fund targeting Series B and C rounds, hardware, and artificial intelligence.

Brazilian venture capital firm ABSeed Ventures has launched "ABSeed Winners," a R$ 100 million ($19.5 million) evergreen fund designed to back mid-to-late-stage technology startups. The new vehicle operates with no predefined expiration date, utilizing a continuous capital recycling model that allows the firm to support high-performing portfolio companies over longer horizons. The strategic launch offers a critical liquidity and growth lifeline for Brazilian tech companies navigating a tight global fundraising market.
ABSeed Winners will act as a follower investor in Series B and Series C funding rounds. Crucially, the fund expands ABSeed's historical investment thesis beyond B2B Software-as-a-Service (SaaS) into capital-intensive sectors, including hardware, pure artificial intelligence (AI), and healthtech.
The launch of the evergreen vehicle coincides with a parallel R$ 100 million capital raise for ABSeed's early-stage Seed 3 fund. Demonstrating strong investor alignment, approximately 80% of the capital for the new evergreen fund was committed by ABSeed's existing historical limited partners (LPs), primarily consisting of prominent industrial and technology family offices.
This influx of flexible, long-term capital arrives at a pivotal moment for Latin American technology ecosystems. While regional financial markets adjust to macroeconomic shifts, local benchmarks reflect ongoing volatility, with the Brazilian real trading at 326,638 BRL per Bitcoin (BTC) and 9,304.24 BRL per Ethereum (ETH). By offering a structure free from traditional ten-year fund lifecycles, ABSeed's new vehicle provides the sustained backing required to scale deep tech and hardware innovations across the region.
