Brazilian brokerage Terra Investimentos has kept its weekly model portfolio unchanged for the period of June 26 to July 3, 2026, maintaining equal-weighted allocations across five domestic equities. The decision follows a weekly gain of 4.49% for the firm's model selection during the period ending June 25, outperforming the 2.21% rise of the benchmark Ibovespa index (IBOV). Over the trailing 12 months, the brokerage's weekly strategy has accumulated a 54.88% return, compared to a 26.68% gain for the Ibovespa.

The five-stock model allocation continues to hold equal 20% weightings in Sabesp (SBSP3), MBRF (MBRF3), Suzano (SUZB3), Hypera (HYPE3), and Iguatemi (IGTI11). According to the brokerage's technical analysis, the equal distribution across sanitation, food, pulp and paper, healthcare, and retail real estate is designed to balance sector exposure and manage short-term market volatility.

Among the individual holdings, food processor MBRF (MBRF3) led the model portfolio's recent weekly performance with a 7.77% gain. Conversely, pulp and paper producer Suzano (SUZB3) was the sole declining asset in the selection during the prior week, falling 3.63%.

In its market commentary, the brokerage noted that specific corporate catalysts support the current selections. Analysts at the firm highlighted that utility Sabesp (SBSP3) remains tied to progress in its ongoing privatization process, while shopping mall operator Iguatemi (IGTI11) is positioned to see typical seasonal traffic increases during the July school holiday period.
