OceanPact Serviços Marítimos S.A. (OPCT3), a leading provider of support services for the Brazil offshore energy sector, announced the strategic acquisition of vessel repair company Dock Brasil for approximately R$ 119 million. The company confirmed on Tuesday that a subsidiary signed a contract to acquire 100% of Dock Brasil, a move that immediately follows regulatory clearance for OceanPact’s far larger business combination with rival CBO.
