Mendonça, who was nominated by former President Jair Bolsonaro, unsealed a Federal Police (PF) report that detailed communications between Moraes and former Banco Master executive Daniel Vorcaro, who was arrested in 2025 in an unrelated case. The report, compiled from Vorcaro's seized cell phone, included messages suggesting Moraes was an interlocutor for the banker, allegedly receiving information and even being consulted by Vorcaro about leaving the country two days before his arrest.
