After a multi-year drought in public debuts, a new wave of Brazilian technology and service companies is preparing for listings on U.S. exchanges, signaling a significant reopening of the cross-border Initial Public Offering (IPO) pipeline. Between six and seven Brazilian companies are aiming for a NASDAQ listing starting in 2025, according to a Nasdaq executive, a move that would restart the flow of high-growth firms from Latin America’s largest economy to global capital markets.
