Petróleo Brasileiro S.A. (PETR4, PBR) is scheduled to release its Second Quarter 2026 Production and Sales Report after the close of the B3 today, a highly anticipated release that will be the first operational metric to validate robust profit expectations from key analysts. The state-controlled oil major's preferred shares, PETR4, closed up 0.39% at R$41.17, outperforming the sharp decline in global crude prices but trailing the broader Ibovespa, which gained 1.28% to 177,580.4 points.
