Suno's SNEL11 Clean Energy FII Hits 115,000 Investors
Suno Asset's clean energy real estate fund SNEL11 grew its investor base by 233% in 12 months, delivering a monthly dividend yield of up to 1.20%.

The retail appetite for alternative real estate and infrastructure assets in Brazil continues to accelerate. Suno Asset's flagship clean energy real estate fund, Suno Energias Limpas FII (SNEL11), has officially reached the milestone of 115,000 cotistas (investors). This represents a massive 233% growth over the past 12 months, up from 34,559 investors in June of last year, making it one of the fastest-growing funds on the Brazilian B3 exchange.
The rapid expansion of the fund's investor base is closely tied to its consistent, high-yield monthly payouts. On July 24, 2026, SNEL11 distributed a dividend of R$ 0.10 per share. Based on the fund's closing share price of R$ 8.34 on June 30, this payout translates to a monthly dividend yield of approximately 1.20%. For local and global retail investors looking to invest in Brazil, these tax-exempt monthly yields present a highly competitive alternative to traditional fixed-income and standard real estate investment trusts (FIIs).
This milestone comes as SNEL11 undergoes its fifth share issuance, which has the potential to scale the fund's net equity from R$ 889.9 million to as much as R$ 3.29 billion. The fresh capital is earmarked to expand the fund's solar energy generation portfolio from 37 to up to 224 projects, boosting its potential installed capacity from 149.4 MWp to 635.2 MWp. This aggressive pipeline capitalizes on Brazil's booming distributed solar energy sector, which surpassed 8 million consumer units in the first half of 2026.
The broader Brazil stock market today showed minor declines, with the benchmark Ibovespa index (IBOV) down 0.85% to 175,214.62. Blue-chip B3 stocks also traded lower: state-run oil giant Petrobras (PETR4) fell 0.28% to R$ 42.83, mining giant Vale (VALE3) slipped 0.83% to R$ 75.05, and financial heavyweight Itaú Unibanco (ITUB4) dipped 0.99% to R$ 42.14. Despite the daily equity market volatility, the steady performance and liquidity of infrastructure-focused vehicles like SNEL11 highlight a structural shift toward green transition assets in Latin America's largest economy.
