The solar energy real estate investment fund SNEL11 (Suno Energias Limpas FII) has declared a monthly dividend of R$ 0.10 per share. The distribution represents a 1.20% monthly dividend yield based on the fund's June 30 closing price of R$ 8.34. The dividends are scheduled to be paid on July 24, 2026, to shareholders of record as of July 15, 2026, after which the shares began trading ex-dividend.

This consistent payout highlights the clean energy infrastructure fund’s ability to deliver double-digit annualized, tax-free yields to individual investors under current Brazilian legislation. Driven by this reliable income generation and the ongoing expansion of its solar generation portfolio, SNEL11's investor base surged by 233% over the past 12 months, climbing from 34,559 to 115,000 shareholders.

The fund's growth comes during a broader period of consolidation for renewable energy assets on the B3 exchange. In the wider Brazilian market today, the Ibovespa index (IBOV) edged down to 176,010.9 (-0.36%). Among major equities, Petrobras (PETR4) traded at 40.59 (-0.17%), Vale (VALE3) rose to 74.51 (+0.68%), and Itaú Unibanco (ITUB4) slipped to 43.14 (-1.12%).
