The real estate investment fund Rio Bravo Renda Varejo (RBVA11) has declared a dividend of R$ 0.09 per share to be paid on July 15, 2026. The payout targets shareholders of record as of the June 30 cut-off date. Based on the June 30 closing price of R$ 9.11, the distribution translates to a monthly dividend yield of 0.99%, continuing a consistent payment trend that has been sustained since late 2024.

This steady performance comes at a time of broader market fluctuations, with the benchmark IBOVESPA index currently trading at 172,787.62 (+0.64%). Individual blue-chip equities are also showing modest gains, with Petrobras (PETR4) at 37.96 (+0.34%), Vale (VALE3) at 78.24 (+0.35%), and Itaú Unibanco (ITUB4) at 42.47 (+0.07%). Against this backdrop, RBVA11's tax-free yield continues to attract income-focused investors looking for defensive alternatives to traditional fixed income.

In addition to its competitive monthly yield, RBVA11 is currently trading at a notable discount. The fund's price-to-book (P/VP) ratio stands at 0.85, indicating that its shares are valued below the net asset value of its underlying real estate portfolio. The fund, which is a component of the IFIX index, focuses primarily on retail properties, offering geographic and tenant diversification to help mitigate operational risks.
