Brazilian homebuilder Moura Dubeux (MDNE3) is set to distribute R$ 100 million in dividends on July 14, 2026, combining its third and fourth payment tranches. Shareholders holding the stock since December 30, 2025, will receive R$ 1.1836 per share, representing a substantial 3.95% yield on the current share price of R$ 29.97. This cash distribution is part of a broader R$ 351 million dividend program approved by the company's board in late 2025.

The double-tranche distribution highlights Moura Dubeux's ongoing strategy to return capital to investors amid a busy period for the Brazilian real estate sector. The company recently reported a preliminary second-quarter operational update for 2026, registering R$ 1.015 billion in net sales and R$ 28.2 million in cash generation. The R$ 1.18 per share payout will be credited automatically to eligible accounts and is exempt from income tax for individual investors in Brazil.

This payout arrives as the broader Brazilian stock market shows positive momentum. In recent trading, the Ibovespa index rose 2.97% to 177,866.38 points, supported by gains in major blue chips. Among key equities, Petrobras (PETR4) ticked up 1.12% to R$ 39.65, Vale (VALE3) gained 1.41% to R$ 74.18, and Itaú Unibanco (ITUB4) jumped 4.02% to R$ 44.30. For income-focused investors, Moura Dubeux's high-yield payment underscores the cash-generation potential currently found within select Brazilian homebuilders.
