Lojas Renner S.A. (LREN3) will begin distributing R$ 220.42 million in interest on equity (JCP) to eligible shareholders starting July 14, 2026. The payout corresponds to a gross value of R$ 0.229299 per share. This distribution represents the fashion retailer's allocation for the second quarter of 2026.

The payout is subject to Brazil's newly increased withholding income tax (IRRF) rate of 17.5%. This rate, which went into effect at the start of 2026, is up from the previous 15% rate that applied to JCP distributions in prior years. Shareholders who held LREN3 shares at the close of the trading session on June 23, 2026, are entitled to the payment, while shares have been trading ex-JCP since June 24, 2026.

This retail distribution comes amid a broader upward trend in the Brazilian equities market. In recent trading, the Ibovespa index (IBOV) stood at 177,866.38 points, up 2.97%. Major blue-chip assets also posted gains, with state-run oil firm Petrobras (PETR4) rising 1.12% to R$ 39.65, mining giant Vale (VALE3) gaining 1.41% to R$ 74.18, and financial heavyweight Itaú Unibanco (ITUB4) advancing 4.02% to R$ 44.30.
