Kinea FIIs KNCR11 and KNSC11 Hold Solid Payouts for July
Kinea's heavyweight real estate funds KNCR11 and KNSC11 maintain robust, tax-free monthly yields above 1%, outpacing traditional fixed income in July 2026.

Kinea Investimentos’ prominent real estate receivables funds (FIIs), KNCR11 and KNSC11, are maintaining their solid dividend distributions for July 2026. Both funds continue to outpace traditional fixed-income instruments with tax-free monthly yields exceeding 1%. Shareholders registered by the close of trading on June 30, 2026, will receive their monthly payouts on July 13, 2026.
The Kinea Rendimentos Imobiliários fund (KNCR11) is maintaining a dividend of R$ 1.10 per share. This payout delivers a monthly dividend yield of approximately 1.02% based on its June closing price of R$ 107.89. The fund focuses heavily on low-risk corporate real estate credit, with 93.0% of its portfolio indexed to the CDI rate, serving as a highly defensive vehicle in the current interest rate environment.
Meanwhile, Kinea Securities (KNSC11) is paying R$ 0.10 per share, translating to a monthly dividend yield of 1.09% based on its June closing price of R$ 9.18. KNSC11 utilizes a multi-index strategy, holding a significant portion of its portfolio in inflation-linked assets alongside CDI-indexed holdings to maximize risk-adjusted returns.
These consistent yields provide a strong shield for income-focused portfolios amid broader equity market volatility. On the corporate front, major Brazilian equities are showing mixed results today: PETR4 is trading at 37.83 (+0.08%), VALE3 is at 77.97 (+0.12%), and ITUB4 stands at 42.44 (+0.62%), while the benchmark IBOV index has ticked down to 171688.61 (-0.20%).
