Brazilian reinsurer IRB(Re) is scheduled to distribute the second installment of its interest on equity (JCP) payment on June 30, 2026. Shareholders holding IRBR3 positions at the close of trading on May 29, 2026, are eligible to receive R$ 0.32 per share. This payout represents the middle tranche of the company’s structured R$ 77.9 million total JCP distribution, which is split into three equal installments.

The multi-part capital distribution strategy was designed to provide predictable cash flows to investors as the company reinforces its financial recovery. The first installment of R$ 0.32 per share was paid on May 29, 2026, while the third and final installment is scheduled for payment on July 31, 2026, targeting shareholders of record as of June 30, 2026. These payments are subject to a local withholding tax of 17.5%, unless the shareholder is legally exempt.

This structured return of capital comes amid broader movements in the Brazilian stock market. Today, the Ibovespa (IBOV) index rose 0.76% to 173,295.14 points. Among widely watched equities, Itaú Unibanco (ITUB4) gained 1.29% to trade at R$ 42.24, while state-run oil firm Petrobras (PETR4) fell 1.01% to R$ 38.06, and mining giant Vale (VALE3) slipped 0.65% to R$ 78.15.
