The company is distributing a monthly JCP installment of approximately R$ 0.3201 per share, with the official payment scheduled to land in shareholder accounts on July 31, 2026. This distribution represents the third and final tranche of a broader R$ 77.9 million JCP package approved earlier this year, marking a significant return to shareholder compensation for the reinsurer.
The announcement comes amid a positive session for the broader Brazilian market. Today, the Ibovespa index (IBOV) rose 0.76% to 173,295.14 points.
