Brazil’s Embraer, one of the world’s leading aerospace manufacturers, is pursuing a two-pronged global growth strategy, expanding its core commercial aviation business in Asia while simultaneously unlocking value from its high-tech services portfolio at home. The company announced it secured a firm order for eight additional E190-E2 jets from Japan's ANA Holdings, while also strategically offloading its controlling stake in its cybersecurity subsidiary, Tempest Security Intelligence, to a specialist investor.
