Coca-Cola FEMSA (KOF) reported a robust second quarter for 2026, driven by record volume performance in the Brazilian market that propelled the South America division to a significant jump in operating profitability. The world's largest Coca-Cola franchise bottler saw its South America unit's revenue increase 11.8% year-over-year, or 14.1% on a currency-neutral basis, with the division’s operating income soaring 46.5%. Underlying the regional beat was record Q2 volume in Brazil, which grew 5.2%, outpacing the broader non-alcoholic ready-to-drink industry.
