The Bresco Logística *Fundo de Investimento Imobiliário* (FII), which trades on the B3 under the ticker BRCO11, has successfully reduced its physical vacancy rate to 5.9% after executing a lease expansion addendum with the food processing giant M. Dias Branco. The deal, filed in a *fato relevante* (material fact) on Monday, saw the logistics FII lease an additional 8,563 square meters (m²) of Gross Leasable Area (GLA) to the tenant at its Bresco Canoas property in Rio Grande do Sul.
