Bradesco (BBDC4) has announced a capital increase of up to R$10 billion via private subscription, strategically paired with an accelerated payout of Juros sobre Capital Próprio (JCP) to facilitate investor participation and minimize dilution. The bank plans to offer new shares at R$17.64, a price that represents a discount of approximately 6% to the closing price on July 28. This move is largely underpinned by the commitment of the bank’s controlling shareholders to subscribe to up to R$8 billion of the offering, anchoring the capital injection.
