Brazilian market operators and real estate investors are preparing for a wave of liquidity as B3 (B3SA3) and JHSF (JHSF3) distribute corporate earnings to eligible shareholders this week. Investors who held these equities prior to their respective cut-off dates will see cash distributions hit their accounts, marking a busy week for domestic income-focused portfolios.

Financial market infrastructure operator B3 (B3SA3) is scheduled to pay its interest on equity (JCP) on July 7, 2026. The distribution includes a regular JCP tranche for the second quarter of 2026 alongside an extraordinary JCP payout from prior reserves. The cut-off date for shareholders to qualify for these combined B3 distributions was June 24, 2026, with the shares trading ex-proventos since June 25, 2026.

Meanwhile, high-end real estate developer JHSF (JHSF3) will pay its monthly dividend on July 10, 2026. Shareholders will receive R$ 0.06 per share, following a cut-off date of July 1, 2026. These payouts arrive amid a positive session for the broader Brazilian market, with the benchmark index IBOV trading up 0.74% at 174,070.27 points. Among major blue chips, PETR4 rose 0.76% to 38.25, VALE3 gained 0.77% to 78.84, and ITUB4 edged up 0.64% to 42.74.
